PRIVACY POLICY:

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, & Credit/Debit Card Information Our commitment is to the security of your data. We will not sell your information to others.

RETURNS:

Returns accepted within 30 days. Restocking fees vary from 10%-30%. Contact us if you need to make a return, as returns will not be accepted without getting a return authorization number from us. Return shipping costs as well as freight charges incurred when shipping the product to you, will NOT be refunded. Products purchased with "FREE SHIPPING" may be subject to shipping fees for freight out as well. This amount, if charged, will not exceed 10% of product cost.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items within 48 hours from receipt. Please call us at 1-888-433-4470.

DELIVERY TIMES:

About 95% of products leave the warehouse within 1-5 business days. Some items may be delayed depending on stock availability, season, or manufacturer guidelines. In this case, items typically take 2-4 weeks.

PAYMENTS BY CHECK:

TAX:

Tax will only be assessed to Arizona residents.

Please fax the official, original PO to: 623-433-4450 so that we may process your order.
